Professor Kaehler is the developer of the Complementary Management Model and teaches Human Resource Management and Leadership at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. Before moving into teaching and research, he worked for ten years as a human resource manager in business, where he was involved with all facets of modern human resource work. Professor Kaehler is the author of numerous publications on HR and management topics and the founder of the strategy consultancy goodHR.
